I Have Better Skills
When you’re in tech support, it’s really important that you stay up on the new technological advances. They change so fast that it can be a challenge. Luckily, we have a conference every year in our field that offers classes and training on all the latest and greatest products, services and techniques. One of the recent offerings that I took advantage of was Linux certification. It’s being used more and more within our company and I knew that it would be well used. I am now fully capable of setting up, maintaining and trouble shooting the popular operating system and my skills are much more up to date.
