Concrete spalling can easily be fixed by contacting remedial building services
During the remodel of our office building, I first heard the term concrete spalling and had no clue what it was or how to go about fixing it. This is generally known as concrete cancer and is when chemical reactions in the slab cause the concrete to crack. This is very serious problem and could be highly dangerous if left alone. So I contacted someone from remedial building services for a consulation. It was nice to speak to someone that was very knowledgeable and is confident that they will be able to fix the problem and do it correctly to prevent any further damages.
