Leave it to Beaver or Take it On?
We are not beavers, able to build a pond at our leisure. It is not just an easy matter of dropping some logs across a river and then you are done. Backyard pond designs are by far more complicated then that. It takes measuring, planning, and designing with great care. You will need a water source to fill the pond. Filtering is nice when you want to enjoy any possible pond life. Size and depth are important factors to take into account. Don’t forget the “where” of the question.
