Treatment for nail fungus

One of the most common nail fungus treatments are antifungal creams. There are many available in pharmacies, but if you want to be sure you are using the right one, ask your dermatologist. Some medicines may react adversely to your skin, while others  will have no side effects.

Other people also try home remedies like grapefruit seed extract and tea tree oil. They lower your skin’s acidity, making it hard for fungi to grow. If you prefer natural treatments, you can opt for these.

Whatever remedy you choose, make sure that you apply it regularly. Remember, nail fungus is a chronic disease and takes time to heal. Start now, and enjoy healthy nails in the future.

    he would be glad to prescribe the medicine but that he always cautions his patients about this big side effect and that such a risk isn’t worth the payoff of making a better looking nail…and that’s IF it works. I’ve had lots of problems with my big toenails getting ingrown so I finally elected to have them permanently removed. By doing this I’ll also never have the fungus problem on those nails either-a nice bennie! I just have to continue good foot and nail hygene to that I don’t get it on any of my smaller nails which will always be a possibility. So far so good though.
