Transcending the State of Panic Attack Consciousness – Withdraw youself from the world for a moment. Sit comfortably in a quiet place. Try to imagine yourself sitting in a different planet in a different galaxy where you are free from all your personal bondages (physical, mental, spiritual). Then focus on your breathing and think of good thoughts.  Try to find time to do this everyday and you will reap the good results overtime.  Many people have done this, for sure it will also work for you but on a different level. All depends on your effort and the willingness to transcend it.
